Recognizing the Difference of Church and State for Domestic Partnerships
The Constitution and Churches accept Legal Union with all its Rights by two persons of any lifestyle choice, but the church considers marriage to be only between a man a woman.
Legal Unions by States are not marriages as defined by the church. Parties of a Legal Union have all the same protections, responsibilities, and rights as partners in marriage.
